Once your donation offer is received, the offer will be reviewed and considered for acceptance. The HCRHP has the right to refuse any machinery being offered for donation. Whenever possible the HCRHP will provide you with a list of museums or organizations that may be interested in your donation offer, if the HCRHP refuses your donation offer.
Archive Donations:
If you have photos, films, videos, sales literature, part/operators manuals, slides, negatives, machinery manufacture newsletters, company newsletters, magazines, trade association newsletters, books, fobs, etc. relating to the mining industry you would like to donate email: oldirondonations@hcrhp.org

Volunteering:
The HCRHP with the help of the Ohio Valley Chapter of the Historical Construction Equipment Association has volunteer meetings and scheduled work days throughout the year. E-mail oldiron@hcrhp. org if you’re interested in volunteering. Provide name & phone number with e-mail. Someone from one of the organizations will contact you through e-mail or phone.

Parts, supplies, and other donations:
Otto Electric donated a utility box that will use for storage. It is being stored at Ray Miller's Excavating.
Tom Ayers/Ayers Limestone Quarry donated drums of grease and a 40ft container box. The container still needs transported to the grounds. It will be used for storing the Cletrac BGS Dozer and spare parts.
